Fundraising Events

Oct - Popcorn Sales - Each October, Scouts of all ages go door-to-door (and hit up your workplace) selling Trail's End popcorn. This is a tremendous fundraiser for your Troop; for most, it's all the funding a Troop might need for a year.

Mar - Candy Bar Sales - An optional fundraiser many Troops choose to participate in is sellling candy bars. Often, the money raised by a Scout from selling candy bars stays in a special account to pay for summer camp or purchase camping equipment or a new uniform.

Mar - Telluride Mountain Film Festival - This festival shows over a dozen short films about adventure, nature, and conservation.

Aug - Prairielands Classic Sporting Clays Shoot - You'll shoot a minimum of 100 rounds at this exciting event! There are ground and air targets in several unique stations, and the cost is very reasonable (starts at $50)
