Make Plans To Attend In Feb 2011!

 

PTC is a one-day training event that teaches some of the topics leader need to know but aren't covered in other training classes. Examples of classes offered: knot-tying, Cub Scout magic, outdoor cooking, how to work with Scouts with autism, Cub Scout Event Planning, Venturing topics, leadership skills, and many others.

New classes this past year: Guns and Roses (a gun safety class for women only), hands-on chain saw safety certification, religious emblems, Hazardous Weather training, geocaching, Textin' to the Oldies (social networking), Philmont Training Center, Cub chemistry, what to expect at Camp Drake, and extreme lightweight backpacking.
