What is a Silver Beaver? It's someone in the Council who has made an impact on the lives of youth through service given to the council.
The Silver Beaver is an award given to those who implement the Scouting program and perform community service through hard work, self-sacrifice, dedication, and many years of service.
It is not an award you can strive to earn - Scouters nominate other Scouters. Check back for information on how to nominate someone who think has given outstanding service to Scouting. Or, contact the Council office. |
